Both. Jojoba mimics skin sebum (better for oily/combination); Argan is richer in vitamin E (better for mature/dry skin).
The honest split: jojoba below 30 or oily skin, argan for dry or mature skin — with plenty of overlap. Jojoba regulates; argan replenishes. If your skin is combination, start with jojoba at night for two weeks, then add a drop of argan where you stay dry.
